Dave joined ZBD in 2012 and is responsible for the delivery of the overall product strategy and roadmap and all aspects of Customer Service including Support, Implementation and Training.

Dave is a 30-year veteran of the global technology industry having held senior management roles in both Europe and the USA. Before joining ZBD, he was responsible for Professional Services and Support in the EMEA region at Quofore, a global leader in the development of mobile solutions for retail execution. Prior to that, he was head of Global Product Management at Quofore.

Previous roles include Technical Director at MEI a leading provider of TPM and Retail Execution solutions to the Consumer Goods market where he helped launch the UK business and Platform Manager at Talis, a pioneer in the open data movement.

Whilst living in the USA, Dave was Industry Director at Oracle in their Consumer Goods vertical where he led a global sales support team, and was regional CTO and Practice Director at FutureNext, a VC-backed e-business technology consulting firm.

In addition to Product Management, Dave has extensive experience in building effective customer services teams, and global project and programme management.
