By rail
There is a regular train service from London Waterloo station to Windsor & Eton, from which Orchard Lea can be reached via taxi.

By road (from M4 coming from west)
Exit M4 at Junction 8/9. Take the exit towards Maidenhead Central and Windsor on the A308 (M). Do not take the exit to High Wycombe A404 (M). Follow the dual carriageway about 1/2 mile to the large roundabout and take the 4th exit towards Ascot and Bracknell, the A330 (Ascot Road). Follow the main road through Holyport, Touchen End, Hawthorn Hill, following all signs towards Ascot. You will pass a small petrol station and come to a large mini roundabout next to a golf range. Turn left into Drift Road. Follow Drift Road for approximately 4.5 miles and turn right into Regus Office. If you reach a T junction you have gone too far.

By road (from M4 coming from east)
Leave M4 at Junction 6 and head south towards Windsor on the A332 for 1½ miles. At the first roundabout (after the A308 junction flyover) head straight on towards LEGOLAND on the B3173 for 1/2 mile. At the end of this road turn right towards LEGOLAND and Bracknell on the B3022 for 2 miles. At the third roundabout (the first after LEGOLAND) turn right towards Winkfield. Turn immediately right again into Drift Road, head on for 3/4 mile. Immediately after the turning for Winkfield Lane, turn left in to Regus Office.

By road (from M3)
Leave M3 at Junction 3 and head north towards Bracknell on the A322 for 1 1/2 miles. Stay in the second lane, which splits off towards LEGOLAND and Ascot on the A332 (not the A322) for 4 1/2 miles. Head straight on at the first roundabout and straight on again at the second (double) roundabout after Ascot Racecourse. At the third roundabout (the peanut shaped one) stay in the first lane and head towards LEGOLAND and M4 on the B383 for 3/4 mile. At the next roundabout turn left then immediately right into Drift Road. Head on for 3/4 mile. Immediately after the turning for Winkfield Lane, turn left into Regus Office.

By rail
By rail it takes 2½ hours direct from London Paddington to Great Malvern station.

By road (from M5 coming from north)
Exit the M5 motorway at Junction 7 and Follow the signs to Malvern and the A449. Approaching Malvern you will find a roundabout. Turn left running alongside Morrison's supermarket. Follow the road over 3 roundabouts until it ends at traffic lights. Turn left along Pickersleigh Road until it ends. Turn left at the roundabout, through the shopping area, then right into Geraldine Road. As Geraldine road bends left, turn right, then immediately right again. Continue along this road for 50 yds, beyond the Cody Gate Ventures LP entrance. Malvern Hills Science Park and ZBD can be found on the left.

By road (from M5 coming from south)
Leave M5 at Junction 8 and turn left onto M50. After 1 mile, take first exit off M50. Turn right at the first roundabout and then go straight on at the next roundabout towards Malvern and Upton. After around 3 miles, turn left onto A4104 to Upton upon Severn. Proceed into Upton, go over the bridge and turn right at the roundabout towards Great Malvern. Proceed through Hanley Castle and around 2 miles after that, take left turn onto B4211 towards Great Malvern. As you enter Malvern, at Bluebell pub, take left turn signposted to "3 Counties Showground" and "Science Park". After 200 yds, turn right into Geraldine Road. After 150 yds, as road bears round to right, turn left and then immediately right. Continue along this road for 50 yds, beyond the Cody Gate Ventures LP entrance. Malvern Hills Science Park and ZBD can be found on the left.
